We will consider all loan applications on their merit and offer competitive rates based on the relative risk of each application.

The company usually restricts the writing of contracts to amounts under $50,000-00 for the broker market. However, we will consider larger amounts of up to $100,000-00. Our policy to write smaller deals ensures that the individual risk is spread over many smaller contracts rather than fewer much larger loans.
